Sporting Dogs Group and Breed Information

Common Characteristics of

Sporting Dogs

These dogs are highly distractible, some can be overly sensitive to correction and they generally have a need for daily exercise. Sporting breeds have been bred to notice and react to everything while running all day! Without exercise these dogs may find things to think about like barking, digging, pacing or fence running and even become destructive.
